Explanation: Gangstalking Methods use Brighting to sensitize a Targeted Individual they conduct repetitive actions that will startled the Target everytime the Target does something. In this example, the Perp janitor will wait for me in the same hallway as I was leaving my residennce and will attack me as shown in the video so that I will always be expecting such attacks whenever I would leave my home. They have used evey perp under their control to conduct the same attack against me for years. That hallway is on tape thousands of times with different Perps conducting this same method of gangstalking.
