Chicago was looking for revenge from a loss against Portland earlier in the season where the Blazers came back from a 6 point defecit with 10 seconds to go to win that game. Chicago played well against the World Champions, but The Blazers won the game 100-99 on a last second shot by Lionel Hollins. This is from the original CBS broadcast. This game was important historically as the last full game that Bill Walton played in a Portland Uniform. He would break his foot in the following game vs. Philadelphia two nights later.
