The children in Years 5 and 8 at Cranborne Middle School, Dorset, worked together for a whole academic year on a range of activities that integrated fundraising and education. In that time, the 222 children involved have raised £1,583.56 for the RNLI, with a full range of highly imaginative activities, such as an SOS day competition to build trainer towers! They have made full use of the RNLI's educational materials, building up a close relationship with Poole lifeboat station and supporting the station's and RNLI Headquarter's open days.
