Yesterday I posted this video exposing one of the biggest Perp's recruiters from the New York area that you could ever caught. In retaliation and as a for of punishment the perps knifed my car's heater's hoses causing me economic hardship and agravation. This perp has been seen for the past two weeks along with the Perps'Recruiter stalking and harassing victims with what appears to be a taser or stun gun in his left hand pocket. These two Perps are responsible for every crime of Organized Stalking and Electronic Harassment committed in this neighborhood. PERPS STOP VANDALIZING MY CAR!!! ITS A CRIME!!!
