Les Stroud of Survivorman hosts the reunion episode of The Alaska Experiment, a reality type survival show. A few groups of everyday Americans go to Alaska to live for three months in small cabins, provided with some rations, many tools, guns and a bush pilot survival "expert" to help them cope through the beginning of winter. The show plays out like a soap opera at times, but the people seem sincere and the show can be entertaining to watch. Discovery is now taking applicants for a second season.. heh
