You guys are gonna hate me when you find out what Nick does to Kylie, or doesn't do...hmmm...haha enjoy!...hopefully "Yeah?" She asked waiting for my proposal. I slid my hand slowly down from her wrist to her hand and grasped it in mine. Tingles invaded me as I ran her smooth skin beneath mine. Her hand twitched a bit, im guessing she felt the same. "Nick??" She asked a little concerned that i wasn't saying anything. It's not that i had nothing to say, its that i had TOO many things to say. I didn't move. "Um...its, its nothing, i was just going to say i'll pay for the ice creams..you've done enough.." Ugh, im such and idiot! My face flushed because that was probably the most horrible excuse i could have thought of. She must have sensed my embarrassment and shook it off. "How bout we just split the cost this time kay?" She smiled, glowing under the sunlight. I simply nodded and smiled at her as we made our way toward Pinkberry. I never let go of her hand, and she didn't seem to mind. Once we stepped into Pinkberry, the others were already deciding what they wanted to get. They all stared at us walking through the door. Kevin and Joe with eyes wide of relief, and Demi and Nolie with huge grins on their face. We both noticed that they were staring at us and quickly dropped our hands to our sides pretending as if nothing ever happened. I looked up and saw confused faces and headed over to Kevin and Joe. I looked over to see a very excited Demi and Nolie jumping up and down by Kylie half shrieking, and seeing Kylie's face of horror, constantly shaking her head and whispering, "No, no, no! Guys! Stop, nothing happened at all... we're not together." My disappointment inside matched the faces of Demi and Nolie that dropped immediately after hearing the last words that Kylie said. Joe and Kevin heard it too and just patted me on the back. "Hey, its only a matter of time Nick..Just be patient" Joe said comfortingly. "Yeah," Kevin added in, "You two are meant for eachother, everyone knows it, just hang in there if you really love her.." I smiled. "Im fine guys, really lets just get our ice cream and go, we have a lot to do, and im getting kind of tired." I ended up buying Kevin, Joe and my ice cream and left quickly without a word. Joe and Kevin quickly said goodbye to their girlfriends and were by my side once again heading home. Maybe Joe and Kevin were right, or maybe i just had to listen to Kylie's last words and take them in. We're not together, maybe there's no more hope. comments please!
