They were pretty cool. I say. When we woke up the next day, we went shopping. I got a new sweatshirt and some sweats and a pair of pajama pants. Were going to pick up dinner. Mom says as I turn on the TV. Okay. I say flipping through the channels. What do you want to eat? Anything edible. I say as I toss the remote into the air and catch it. Okay. Well be back soon. Mom says as she shut the door. It was almost 9 so I grabbed my bag and shook it upside down until everything fell out. I scooped up the pile and went to the bathroom to take a shower. I came out wearing the new sweatshirt and pajama pants I got. I swept my bangs to the side and pulled my wet hair into a messy ponytail. I decided to get some fresh air so I opened the screen door and the sun blinded me. It was getting late but the sun was still up. I blinked a couple of times and looked to my right, and there he was. It was almost like he was waiting for me, but who would want to wait for me. I mean Im a mess. His back was turned to me and he was playing that song. I just stood in the doorway and soaked up his voice. It was so pure and smooth.
