The whole idea behind this was to get as close as possible if not beat in-game expert ghosts with just kart only. The hard part being going against the ones on Bikes (go figure). Playing on Moonview Highway was the reason that sparked this and you can see why. I might do more later on and see if I can beat the Coconut Mall Expert Ghost.
