Miniature Australian Shepherds rescued in Eastern Washington
Joe & Elliott from the Lind puppy mill, playing in their run at Adams County Pet Rescue in Othello, Washington. This was shot 2 months after they were removed from the puppy mill.
A woman was arrested for investigation of animal cruelty after authorities seized more than 100 dogs and found carcasses of four others at a home in the Eastern Washington town of Lind. KXLY4's McKay Allen reports.
Puppies are now 8 weeks old and ready for their new homes.
Sasha and Dixie were surrendered to a local shelter for "playing too rough with the chickens". They are now a part of New Spirit for Aussie Rescue and are available for adoption (www.ns4ar.org). They are really sweet girls that crave attention and absolutely love each other!
