Written by Kaichi Kamiya and James Fletcher, Audio, video and special effects co-ordinator: Stuart Pearce, Editor and Production manager: Emma Collins. Based on stories by Kaichi Kamiya, (age 9) Filmed on location in Japan, Ted's Pera Pera English School This project started as a educational (non-profit) English language puppet project which rapidly got wildly out of control.
